Client Services Manager

Bio

Lisa Marek, FLMI, FFSI, Client Services Manager, works with the portfolio management team to ensure that all clients receive outstanding customer service. Lisa coordinates the client onboarding process, maintains the integrity of the customer relationship management system and portfolio reporting platform, manages client requests and facilitates the preparation of client correspondence. She brings over two decades of retirement plan experience and credibility in client service. Her wealth of knowledge is a key part of fostering a strong client experience.
